[Blog post] Astoundingly realistic goldfish #candy using a 1300-year old traditional art called Amezaiku since Edo period.

Shinri Tezuka, one of the few ame shokunin left in Japan, is the owner of an artisan candy shop Ameshin, and keeping this traditional art alive.
