This is THE lunch that I wanted to make since last night! Instead of making green papaya salad, I used cucumber and noodle. Added string beans, cherry tomatoes, palm sugar, lime juice, and fish sauce. So spicy, a bit sour and sweet ... eat it with pork rind .. omg .. heavenly! My kind of salad.
